The Future Drags On

That bit of unpleasantness is the future for LCC (since it’s all going to be one big happy family soon).

That’s thirty-two (32) court dates. Six weeks worth of information and arguments that will say, among other things, ABC District mislead investors. CTV Calgary kinda puts the finest of points on the accusations when it reported, “A hearing will take place in May 2019 for a religious institution accused of lying to investors.”

LCC doesn’t even get mention as a “church body.” It’s labeled “a religious institution.” That’s a kick in the nards, eh? You know what comes and goes and no one much notices or cares about? Institutions. Have anyone in LCC given much thought to Concordia since it passed into the great secular sea? Nah.

A hearing will take place in May 2019 for a religious institution accused of lying to investors.”   – CTV Calgary News

Once again we ask in the Lutheran way…

Q: What does this mean?

A: It’s going to be a long, air-conditioned spring in Calgary in May and June 2019.

CTV didn’t even bother to fact check the name of the mentioned “religious institution.”
